Template:Album single "30 For 30" (originally titled "I Like It"; also known by "Treat Me Better"; also stylized as "30 for 30") is the third track from American singer-songwriter SZA's sophomore album re-issue SOS Deluxe: LANA featuring Kendrick Lamar. It was released on December 20, 2024, through Top Dawg Entertainment and RCA Records. This track marks the eighth collaboration between the two artists. The instrumental samples Switch's "I Call Your Name" and Rich Boy's "Throw Some D's" featuring Polow da Don.
Background
On February 18, 2021, SZA teased an early version of the song while in a studio environment. It was originally a rumor that she was the featured artist on the song and that it was by a then-unknown male rapper. This version of the song, often referred to as "Treat Me Better", contains an unreleased verse from SZA which was ultimately changed in the released version. The rumors of a collaboration between SZA and Lamar for LANA sparked in November 2024, after their collaborations "luther" and "gloria" were released that month on Lamar's album GNX. Lamar's album release caused fans and media outlets to start speculating on a SZA album release, as the singer had been teasing the reissue of SOS since 2023. SZA and Lamar have been long-time collaborators, working together for over a decade, so another collaboration from the duo for LANA was also highly speculated. Upon LANA's release, SZA revealed the track listing, with Lamar appearing on "30 For 30", serving as the third track on the album.
Commercial performance
The song was sent to radio stations alongside "BMF" as Lana's second and third singles on January 7, 2025. "30 for 30" debuted atop the US Hot R&B Songs chart, SZA's seventh and Lamar's second to do so. It entered the chart with 17.5 million streams, 2,000 downloads, and 385,000 people reached by airplay. With the debut, SZA broke the record for the most number-ones by a woman on the chart. On the all-genre Billboard Hot 100, "30 for 30" reached a new peak of number 10 following a joint performance by SZA and Lamar at the 2025 Super Bowl LIX halftime show despite not being part of the set list. This gave SZA her twelfth top ten hit and Lamar his 24th. == Critical reception == In a ranking of all tracks from Lana, Billboard writer Mackenzie Cummings-Grady placed "30 for 30" fourth, citing the song as another example of how both artists "bring out the best in each other". Cummings-Grady thought Lamar's "cocky" style effectively rubbed off on SZA and encouraged her to achieve her own "victory lap". Mya Abraham of Vibe called the song an immediate standout and obsession. To the writers of The Express Tribune, "30 for 30" is another installment of "their successful partnership" following the previous collaborations on GNX.

SZA performs "30 For 30" as the sixth track on the setlist during the Grand National Tour, her co-headlining tour with Kendrick Lamar.
